- The prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes. "No GST" will be charged on the invoice.
Payment Terms:
- Monthly Plan: Buy monthly plan at the start of each month
- Annual Plan: Buy annual plan for the entire year upfront.
Delivery Timeline: Maintenance services are ongoing monthly services. The first review will be after the first month of service.

- Any additional work or features beyond the scope of the selected plan will be quoted separately.
- Major redesigns or additions of new functionality are not covered under the standard maintenance plan and will incur additional charges.
- Service delivery depends on the specific plan chosen and the add-ons requested.

Confidentiality, Ownership, and Rights
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the project and any sensitive information shared during the course of work. Any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project will not be used for any other purpose except for the fulfillment of the project and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
Ownership & Rights: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables (such as the website, design, and content). However, I (the freelancer) will retain ownership of the underlying code, intellectual property, and any elements not explicitly transferred. Any third-party tools, frameworks, or resources used in the development remain the property of their respective owners, and the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as part of the final deliverables. The freelancer reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.
