Pricing & Tax Policy

At harshilkhimasia.com, we are committed to
providing transparent and fair pricing for all web development
services. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure,
project minimums, or individual service rates at any time
without prior notice.
These changes will apply only to new inquiries and future
projects. Any projects already quoted, contracted, or in
progress will continue under the originally agreed pricing.
This page also outlines the legal, tax-related, and payment
terms associated with our pricing structure.
Pricing Overview
- All projects are quoted based on the number of pages, required
features, and project complexity.
- Base pricing, optional add-ons, and discount offers can be
found on our
main pricing page.
- Every quote includes a clear scope of work and deliverables.
Any work beyond the initially agreed scope will be estimated and
billed separately.
Payment Structure
- A 25% advance payment is required to begin the project.
- The remaining 75% is due upon project completion and client
approval, before delivery of files and assets.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed
payment methods.
- Work officially starts only after receipt of the advance
payment.
Tax Policy
- No GST is charged on invoices as we are not
currently GST-registered.
- All prices mentioned in quotes and invoices are exclusive of
taxes.
- If you are a company, LLP, or eligible entity under Indian tax
law, please note the following TDS policy.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
- As per Indian tax regulations under Section 194J, certain
clients (such as companies, LLPs, or registered firms) may be
required to deduct 10% TDS on payments made for
professional services.
- If applicable, the client is responsible for deducting and
depositing the TDS with the Income Tax Department, and providing
a TDS certificate (Form 16A).
- TDS is not required for personal or individual payments unless
mandated by law.
Scope of Work & Revisions
- Initial design and functionality are discussed and finalized
during the planning phase.
- Any changes after final design approval may incur additional
charges.
- Requests beyond the originally agreed scope will be quoted
separately.
Delivery & Handover
- Final delivery includes the live website (if deployment is
agreed) and all associated assets (code, files, images,
etc.).
- Files are shared only after full payment is received.
- Post-delivery support for issues within the agreed scope is
provided for up to 30 days.
Project Delays
- Timely feedback, approvals, and content are expected from the
client to ensure smooth delivery.
- Delays in communication or asset sharing from the client’s
side may extend the project timeline.
- We will keep the client informed of any changes in delivery
timelines due to such delays.
